This morning we entered Kakadu National Park.
We stopped and found a spot at Mardukal Campground on the south western side of Kakadu.
After lunch, we drove up to the nearest town called Cooinda.
Here we visited the Warradjan Cultural Centre.
There was some wonderful artefacts and stories showing the life of the aboriginal clans in Kakadu.
We went to visit Yellow Water, a billabong on the South Alligator River.
We then went to Cooinda Resort and played in the playground and visited the pool.
Tomorrow
We are hiking to Barramundi (Maguk) Falls.
