Saturday 29th May 2021
We slept well overnight. Today we were saying goodbye to Babcia and Dziadzio as they returned to NSW.
Madeline cried a little bit knowing she couldn’t go to the airport. It was a 2hr round trip and we decided it best she stay at the van.
Eva drove her mum and dad to the airport first thing. We all said our goodbyes and see you soon.
After returning home we all had to start packing and rearranging for the next leg of our trip.
We did our weekly shopping and sorted the car and van out.
Madeline has a swim with dad this afternoon.
It was a quiet and relaxing afternoon to end our time here at Port Douglas.
Tomorrow
We leave Port Douglas and head Southwest over the ranges to the Atherton Tablelands.
